Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/82-12 was to have been submitted by February 19, 1982. This 30 day reportable occurrence (per T.S.6.9.1.13) concerns T.S.3.7.10.1, "The fire suppression water system shall be oper-able...", which was violated on January 22, 1982. At this time, all of the required information is not yet available. The complete report will be submitted by February 26, 1982.
