Dear Mr. Denton:
Duke Power Company has re-evaluated the control scheme for the McGuire Hydrogen Mitigation System. As a result, switches will be added to permit manual actuation of the system from the control room. These switches-will be added to both Units 1 and'2 during the first refueling shutdown of each unit. A revised description of the system will be put in the Final Safety Analysis Report.(Section 7.6.18) and the " Red Book" in the near future.
Please advise if there are questions regarding this matter.
