In accordance with the requirements of Fort Calhoun Technical Specifications 5 9.ha and 10 CFR S 50.36a(a) of the Federal Regula-tions, please find enclosed two (2) copies of Section IV of a report entitled " Semi-Annual Report for Technical Specification 5.9.h and Appendix B, January 1, 1978, to June 30, 1978, Inclusive".
The above report was previously transmitted to you on August 30, 1978, but Section IV was withheld due to problems. associated with invalid delta-tempe:ature measurements. The corrective action to prevent reoccurrence is addressed in Licensee Event Report No.78-028.
