The NRC was notified of the subject Deficiency Evaluation in the referenced telephone conver'sation, with a determination of reportability to be made within thirty (30) days (February 23, 1983).

The deficiency has subsequently been determined to be Not Reportable under the requirements of 10CFR50.55(e), therefore no written report is required. Necessary documentation of the evaluation will be maintained in APS files.
