Dear Sir:
Florida Power Corporation (FPC) has reviewed the Staff Guidance on NUREG-0737 Technical Specifications in Generic Letter 82-16.
Of the items listed in the Staff Guidance enclosure, FPC will submit technical specifications for items II.E.1.1 - Short Term Auxiliary Feedwater System Evaluation, ll.E.4.2.6 - Containment Purge Valve, and II.K.3.12 - Anticipatory Trip on Reactor Trip.
These technical specifications will be submitted with the Crystal River Unit 3 Cycle 5 Reload Report on or before April 1,1983.
