VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT NO. 1 NUREG-0737 ITEM II.F.1.3 In our revision 3 response to NUREG-0737, dated June 28, 1982, Vepco stated that the final in-situ calibration of the Containment High Range Radiation Monitors will be performed during the first scheduled outage after availability of a celibration system to Vepco.
The vendor of the Containment High Range Radiation Monitors (Victorcen) does not have a source available to perform the final in-situ calibration.
Victorcen has expedited the development of a prototype calibration source to calibrate this system but it is not available to Vepco. It is Vepco's under-7 standing that Victoreen will have a source available to perform the final i
in-situ calibration of the system in order to comply with a September 30, 1984 completion date.
The status of NUREG-0737, Item II.F.1.3 will be updated in revision 4 of i
NUREG-0737 which is scheduled for completion by March 31, 1983.
