Docket No. 50-362 30-Day Reports Licensee Event Report Nos.83-014 and 83-015 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 3 Pursuant to Section 6.9.1.13.b of Appendix A, Technical Specifications to Facility Operating License NPF-15 for San Onofre, Unit 3, this submittal provides the required 30-day written reports and copies of Licensee Event Reports (LER's) for two (2) occurrences involving Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) 3.5.1 associated with Safety Injection Tanks.
Enclosed copies of LER's83-014 and 83-015 and attachments thereto address these events, including corrective actions and measures to prevent recurrence.
