Deficiencies in Primary Containment Electrical Penetration Assemblies, this letter provides our response to Action Item No. 5 for San Onofre Units 2 and 3.
A review has been conducted, and we have determined that no Bunker Ramo containment electrical penetration which uses the hard epoxy mo'ifule design is installed or is planned to be installed in safety related systems at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3.
