In accordance with 10 CFR 50.55e Significant Deficiency Report SD 414/83-02 concerning linear indications in the base metal of certain welds manufactured by Custom Alloy, Inc. was to be submitted by this date. During the course of the investigation additional information needed to file an adequate response was identified. A full evaluation will be provided by March 11, 1983.
