This is in reference to your letter dated November 3, 1982 (Log 1-702),
containing Inspection Report 82-21.
This report details inspections performed at Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1.
Due to the number of different organizations involved in preparing Toledo Edison's response to Inspection Report 82-21, it will not be possible to meet the requested December 3, 1982 date. This has been discussed with the NRC Resident Inspector.
Toledo Edison's response will be submitted no later than December 10, 1982.
