Dear Mr. Keppler:

The referenced letter forwarded Revision 1 of the Overinspection Program.

Attached is Change 1 of the Overinspection Program which incorporates schedule date changes to the Overinspection

. Milestone , Event List.

Changes to the schedule are necessary because:

1) Development of a method for selecting samples to be inspected in accordance with MIL-STD 105D has been time consuming. Use of MIL-STD 105D in development of the Overinspection sampling plan is important since it is an industry wide recognized standard.

! 2) Development of inspection checklists was delayed l

by the effort needed to identify critical attributes of applicable codes, specifications and standards.

Joint meetings with Sargent & Lundy, Baldwin Associates and Illinois Power were necessary to complete this task.
