Included herewith is the Personnel Exposure and Monitoring Report submitted pursuant to Sections 6.9.1.4 and 6.9.1.5 of the Callaway Plant Technical Specifications.

This report also includes the results of specific activity analysis of the reactor coolant system in which the limits of Specification 3.4.8 were exceeded.

Callaway Plant implemented the revised 10CFR20 on January 1, 1993, therefore the personnel monitoring statistical summary report defined in 10CFR20.407 is no longer required.

The annual report of individual monitoring results required per 10CFR20.2206 is being submitted under separate cover.
