in accordance with the requirements of Technical Specifications 4.4.5.5 b and 6.9.1.4, i
Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits the 1993 Steam Generator Inservice Inspection Report for North Anna Power Station Units 1 and 2.
During the 1993 Spring refueling outage for North Anna Power Station Unit 1, the steam generators were replaced. As such, no inservice inspection results for Unit 1 are included in this report.
4 During the 1993 Fall refueling outage for North Anna Power Station Unit 2, the tubes in each unit's "A", "B", and "C" steam generators were examined. The information in i summarizes the results of those examinations. The information includes the number and extent of the tubes examined, location and characterization of each Indication of an imperfection, identification of the tubes that were plugged, and a glossary of the terms used in the report. Please note that the specific information provided in Attachment 1 has been revised since the 90 day report was submitted on January 24,1994. These changes were the result of further engineering reviews and therefore supersede the information previously provided.
