APPLICANTS' SIXTH MOTION FOR
SUMMARY
DISPOSITION (CONTENTION NH-13)
Pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.749, the Applicants hereby move for summary disposition of contention NH-13 in favor of the Applicants.
This motion is submitted upon the basis of NHAG's answers filed January 17, 1983 and the affidavit of George Thomas, attached hereto.
The contention raised the issue of compliance with certain items in NUREG-8302180093 830211 DR ADOCK 05000 F
0737 regarding personnel qualifications and training.
Mt. Thomas has summarized those items of contention already withdrawn in the answers to the above-referenced interrogatories.
He then goes on to demonstrate compliance with the remaining NUREG-0737 items at issue.
As a result there remains no material issue of fact to be litigated.

STATMENT OF MATERIAL FACTS AS TO WHICH THERE IS NO DISPUTE 1.
The Applicants have upgraded the training of other personnel to obviate the need for Shift Technical Advisors.
In the event this approach is not approved, separate Shift Technical Advisors will be provided, trained and qualified as required by NUREG-0737.I.A.1.1 by utilizing the guidelines in Appendix C to NUREG-0737.

The special training for mitigating core damage will be in accord with NUREG-0737 item II.B.4. as interpreted in Enclosure 3 to H.R. Denton's letter of March 28, 1980.

Applicants here committed to follow the recommendations of the emergency response guidelines Deing p2cmulgated by Westinghouse which will comply with NUREG-0737, Item I.C.1.
