Deficiencies in Containment Electrical Penetrations
Dear Mr. Knighton:
This submittal is in reply to IE Bulletin No. 82-04 dated December 3, 1982.
PGandE has performed a review of engineering records with regard to electrical penetration assemblies.
The review indicated that hard epoxy electrical penetration assemblies manufactured by the Bunker Ramo Company have neither been installed nor are planned to be installed in the containment at Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2.
