Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for your immediate consideration and approval is the Commonwealth Edison Company proposed Amendment 4 to the Byron Station Environmental Report - Operating License Stage.
3 This Amendment consists of voluntary revisions to the following:
Table 2.3-43 Annual Average X/Q at the Actual Byron Station Site Boundary Section 2.5.2.1 Agricultural Soils Section 2.6 Regional Historic, Archaeological, Architectural, Scenic, Cultural, and Natural Features Table 12.0-1 Authorizations Required for Construction and Operation of the Byron Station Three (3) signed originals and forty-one (41) copies of this letter along with forty-one (41) copies of Amendment 4 are being provided for your use.
In accordance with 10 CFR 51.40(b), an additional 109 copies of this Amendment are being held for direct distribution to Federal, State, and Local officials, as appropriate.
