1. J. Fisher advised that the NRC letter on work authorization was rece$ved.

Bechtel vill start work when a work permit from CPCo is seat. Tentatively set for December 13, 1982.

2. Use of the confined entry space permit was reviewed.

3. W. Kilker inquired as to what resulted from the settlement presentation to the NRC regarding tonitored building movements. J. Fisher and E. Cviki replied that co written opinion had been expressed by the NRC but that data is constantly updated and available.
