Catawba Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50 413 and 50-414 Violation No. 413/9019 Request For Commitment Date Extension Catawba Nuclear Station committed to the NRC on' September-27,1990 to revise' Department and Station Directives by March 31, 1991._ The revisions were to provide better guidance on the areas in which-Compensatory Actions can be used and on the methods to be used.in conducting 10CFR~ 50.59 safety evaluations for Compensatory
- Actions. Due to the recent. development of pre-approved Compensatory Action-ilsage, additional development to the Station Directives is warranted.
This will require an extension of the commitment date to June 1; 1991.
