Gentlemen:
While compiling the end of the year 1990 semi-annual effluent report for CPSES, several errors were discovered in the data reported by the Offsite Oose Calculation Manual (00CH) software.
User editable parameters which affect the quantity of trituim reported, the total dilution voluma for liquid wastes, and the average stream flow for liquid wastes were not updated. As a result some of the data reported in Tables 7.1, 7.3. 7.4, 7.5 and.7.6 of-the mid-year 1990 report provided with the. referenced letter are in' error. The attached tables reflect corrected. data and.should be substituted for the corresponding table in to the original report.
An evaluation of these errors shows that CPSES remained'in ecmpliance with the applicable radiological effluent controls.
Heasures have been implemented to provide assurance-that these-errors not recur.
