AFFIDAVIT OF RESIDENCY I,

Claire Estes, do swuar that I and my family do live at 4909 W.

Steinway

We have lived here since 1980.

We ow a house on one acre of property.

We raise livestock, thoroughbred horses and beuf cattle.

We also have a small garden.

We make use of the trails near our home on a

regular basis both hiking and riding in the South Mountain area.

I am a member in CREE, and would like to have them represent me and my family in any hearings dealing with Palo Verde Nuclear P1 ant issuos.
