Dear Mr. Martin:
Reference (2) proposed Specification 4.4.5.5.d which requires that for Unit 1 Cycle 5, the results of the inspection for all tubes in which the tube support plate interim plugging criteria (IPC) limit has been applied shall be reported to the Commission pursuant to Specification 6.9.2 of reference (1) following completion of the steam generator tube inservice inspection and prior to Cycle 5 operation. The report shall include:
- 1. Listing of applicable tubes,
- 2. Location (applicable intersections per tube) and extent of degradation (voltage), and
- 3. Projected Steam Line Break (MSLB) Leakage.
The enclosure summarizes the inspection results. Included are indication listings and maps, a guide to abbreviations used in the indication lists, a separate listing of those tubes for which IPC was applied, and the projected Main Steam Line Break (MSLB)
Leakage.
