c MONTHLY OPERATING REPORT - FEBRUARY 1991 During February, Oyster Creek operated at full power except for several brief power reductions. On February 15, a plant shutricwn, for the start of 13T4 refueling outage, commenced at a slower t.han normal rate in order to minimize the effects rapidly lowering discharge tcmperatures would have on fish in the canal.
