Gentlemen we urge that hearings on the licensing of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant be reopened to consider critical questions of quality assurance at tna that plant.
Because this issue has not been considered at previous hearings and because of the many errors recently discovered at the plant, we believe that the reopening of licensing hearings to discuss this issue is imperative and timely.
