RESPONSE TO IlUMAN FACTORS DESIGN EVALUATION REPORT FOR Tile SilEARON llARRIS I CONTROL ROOM BY INTERVENOR WILSON llaving submitted a contention regarding the adequacy of The Detailed Control Room Design Review, I have received from the Applicant a copy of the January 23, 1981 document lluman Factors Design Evaluation Report for The Shearon llarris Unit 1 Control Room.
The significance of this document was not explained in the cover letter, but I assume that it is a component of the DCDR.
In itself it is insufficient as a basis for evaluating the DCDR and the Applicant's adherence to the recommendations of the review team.
Examination of the iluman Engineering Discrepancies, the lluman Engineering Requirements Specifica-tions, portions of the Design Evaluation Records File, and perhaps other documents, will be necessary for me to evaluate the DCDR.
Therefore, I request that contentions which may be formulated at a later date based on specific information only summarized in this lluman Factors Design Evaluation Report not be subject to rules for late filing, i
