Catawba Nuclear Station, Unit 1 Docket No. 50-413 Steam Ge'mator Inspection Report Pursuant to Technical Specifications 3/4.4.5.5 and 6.9.2, find attached the Catawba Unit 1 End-of Cycle 4 Refueling Outage Steam Generator InspectJon Report Attachments 1, 3, 5, and 7 identify the tubes with imperfections, the imperfection location, and the size of the imperfection for Steam Generators A, B, C, and D respectively. Attachments 2, 4, 6, and 8 identify the tubes that were removed from service by plugging for Steam Generators A, B, C, and D respectively. There were 182 tubes plugged and zero tubes sleeved as a result of this inspection.
