On December 2, 1982, The Waldinger Corporation, Des Moines, Iowa was made aware by Honeywell Inc. employees at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station; Mr. J. Knoblach, Project Engineer, and Mr.

J. Overstreet, Quality Control Inspector of irregularities in the installation, documentation and deliberate damage to instrumentation and control instruments involving work being performed by Honeywell, Inc.

This was reported to The Waldinger Corporation's on-site employees; Messrs.

D. Wheeler, QA Supervisor, G. Clapper, QA Engineer, and J.

Ciminski, Proj ect Manager.
