This Topical Report was approved for Catawba and McGuire on November 15,1991. The revisions reflect changes due to the replacement steam generators for McGuire and Catawba Unit 1, corrections to typographical errors, and minor methodology changes.

Duke Power is requesting review and approval of these changes by July 7,1995 in order to support the steam generator replacement schedule for McGuire Nuclear r
