Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 218 Standard Technical Specification Revisions By letter dated May 12,
- 1994, GPU Nuclear Corporation, licensee of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, submitted the subject amendment to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
The proposed changes reflect Standard Technical Specification revisions contained in General Electric Company Licensing Topical Reports
- which, based upon reliability analyses, support increases in surveillance test intervals and allowed out-of-service times for surveillance and repair.
The proposed change involves the Reactor Protection
- System, Emergency Core Cooling System Actuation, Isolation Actuation and Control Rod Block Instrumentation.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the above amendment in accordance with the requiremer.ts of 10CFR50.91(b), and has no comments.
