Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a potentially reporta'c?e deficiency in References (A) and (B), revised Interim Reports were transmitted by References (E) and (F), and time extensions were requested by References (G) and (II).
At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by October 22, 1982.
Due to the extensive evaluation required, it is now expected that a Final Report, including reports from Tcledyne Engineering Services and Battelle Pacific Northwest Laboratories, will be submitted by January 31, 1983.
