APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERhTING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.
S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the technical specifications set forth in Appendix A to the licei. e be amended to modify Surveillance Requirement 4.7.1.5 for the main steamline isolation valves to reflect the Standard Technical Specification requirements.
The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachment A
to this application.
A safety analysis end no significant hazard evaluation are set forth in Attachment D.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CPR 50.92.
-WHEREFORE, applicant respectfully requests that Ap'endix A to the Operati'1 License be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachmeat A.
