An application for amendment to the operating license to modify-Technical Specification Surveillance Requicement 4.7.1.5 for the main steam.line isolation valves (MSIV's) to reflect the Standard Technical Specification requirements.

Documents designated Attachments A,B,C,D and E which set forth, respectively, the_ change in technical specifications, _ safety analysis and no significant hazard evaluation, typed replacement technical specification
- page, applicable UFSAR changes, and an information copy of the revised inservice test (IST) program cold shutdown justification for the MSIV's.
Approval :of_ this amendment is requested by May 1, 1991, to allow the: elimination of -certainidesign change work scheduled for the 8th refueling outage.
This = proposed change was reviewed by the Onsite Safety Committee
