The proposed. change incorporates new reactor coolant system pressure i
temperature (p-T) limitsfthatarebased-onNRCRegulatoryGuide (RG) 1.99,' Revision 2, methodology. The proposed change also satisfies a TVA commitment for SQN to NRC Concric Letter 88-11 (refer to Item 3-from-
. Enclosure 2.of the reference letter).
