this in a re uost pursuant to the Froodom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552, and. O CFR Part 9 for NRC documents relating to Palo Verdo Units 1, 2 & 3, and more particularly described below.
For the purpose of this re the term " document" means all memoranda, letters, f i l i ngs, quest,
testimony, exhibits, contracts, transcripts, minutos, notes, drafts, studios, analysos, reports,
- maps, diagrams,
- charts, books,
- articles, pictures, printouts, tapes, or other written, graphic, or computorized information in any form which constitutes agency records under tho Freedom of Information Act.
The documents we are requesting can more particularly be described as:

All documents which relato in any Way to tho $125,000 civil penalty issued to the Arizona Public Servico Company on October 26, 1990 and related to omorgency lighting requirements at the throo Palo Verdo _ nuclear plants.
2, All documents dated after 1/1/88 reporting, discussing, analyzing, summarizing or' in any other form addressing investigations, inquirlos, inspections, or other federal government exploration ~of issues directly or indirectly related to the omorgency lighting system at the Palo Verdo nuclear Plants.
