Perry Nuclear Power Plant Docket Nos. 50-440; 50-441 Bettis Model T3 Series Actuator Yokes [RDC 58(82)]
Dear Mr. Keppler:
As discussed with Mr. R. C. Knop of your office on December 2, 1982, the replacement of Bettis Model T3 Series Actuator Yokes on the eight Henry Pratt Co. valves supplied to PNPP is now scheduled to be completed by June 30, 1983.
In our final report pursuant to 10CFR50.55(e) on this subject dated August 5, 1982, we had stated that this work would be completed by November 29, 1982.
Due to a delay in receipt of replacement parts and construction scheduling, we have not yet been able to complete the required modifications.
