Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Status of Resident Student Program The purpose of this letter is to provide you with the status of our Operations Resident Student Program. This program which was first instituted in 1988 was i
designed to enhance the Operations Department shift crews with degreed individuals. As a continuation of this program, CR0 George Scienski is attending the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He is currently scheduled to graduate in May of 1995.
Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.74, " Notification of Change in Operator or Senior Operator Status", Mr. George Scienski, License No. OP 10809, Docket No.
55-7123, will no longer be maintaining nis operating license in an active status,
'i nor will he be attending licensed operator requalification training. Following his graduation from NJIT, Mr. Scienski will participate in an accelerated requalification program prior to reactivating his license.
