NOTICE OF DEPOSITIONS tbtice is hereby given that depositions will be taken of Dr. Ibrold R.

Denton, Dr. Stephen H. Ilanauer (or his replacement to be named; UCS/NYPIRG understands that Dr. Ibnuaer has resigned his position with the NRC), Mr.

Roger M. Blond, and Dr. Frank H. Howsome, III, witnesses for the tRC Staff, by (CS/NYPIRG at a time and place to be agreed upon. We deposition will concern the testimony they will be providing or, behalf of the tac Staff in the Indian Ibint Epecial Investigation. In addition, Dr. Denton and Dr. Ibnauer will be examined about the decision criteria and decision process used by the tRC Staff in reaching its conclusions on Comission Westion 01e; Mr. Blond will be examined about the CRAC and CRAC2 accident consequence codes, and about uncertainties in accident consequence analysis; and Dr. Rowsome will be examined about the IEC Staff's review of the Indian Ibint Probabilistic Safety Sttriy and the significance of NUREG/CR-2497 to Commission @estion QTe.
