UCS/NYPIRG, pursuant to Memorandum and Order (Memorializing Rulings of
'Iblephone Gnference on December 3,1982), hereby files its list of witnesses on Gmission 02estion 'iko.
Dr. Gordon R. 'Ihompson, Senior Staff Scientist in LCS's Cambridge, Massachusetts, office, and Mr. Steven C.
Sholly, 'Ibchnical Research Associate in UCS's Washington, D.C.,
office will testify for LCS/NYPIRG on Comission OJestion 'lko.
Dr. 'Ihompson and Mr. Sholly will testify on filtered vented containment systems and compartment venting systems (venting to a separate containment structure) and the effect of these systems on risk.
Statements of professional qualifications will be served on the parties on Nnday, Ibcember 13, 1982.
