Letter from G. A. Hunger, Jr. (PECO Energy) to U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission dated October 27,1993 Gentlemen:
In the above referenced letter, PECO Energy Company submitted, in accordance with 10CFR50.90, Technical Specifications Change Request (TSCR)
No. 93-10 which requested changes to Appendix A of the Peach Bottom Facility Operating Licenses.
PECO Energy hereby requests that our original submittal be revised, specifically, that the minimum requirements for shift crew composition be I
increased from a minimum of two SROs to three SROs when the STA position I
is filled by one of the on-shift SROs. A revised page 245 for each unit is enclosed. Page 246 was revised to reflect information in Section 6.5.1.2 changed by Amendments Nos.190 and 195 on April 26,1994, and is enclosed for each unit. We have concluded that the proposed revision does not affect the conclusions previously submitted in the referenced letter regarding a safety assessment, information supporting a finding of No Significant Hazards Consideration, and information supporting an Environmental Assessment.
