TRANSHITTAL OF THE CPSES PHYSICAL-SECURITY PLAN-REVISION 10 AND THE FOURTH OVARTER 1990 CPSES SAFEGUARDS EVENTL LOG' Gentlemen:
In accordance w'th 10CFR50.4, enclosed are four-(4) ropies of the CPSES Physical Security Plan (PSP), Revision 10 (copy numbers: 13, 14, 15 and 16).
Included with each plan.is a." Table of Changes" which list the changes that were incorpo, ced into Revision 10, An evaluation, conducted per 10CFR50.54 (p)(2) determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the security. program.
Also enclosed as prescribed in 10CFR73.71(c), is one (1) copy of the fourth quarter 1990 CPSES Safeguards Events Log.
Attached to the log is a supplement which lists a number of Security incidents which should have been included in the Safeguards Events log.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Information as-defined in 10CFR73.21: consequently, the enclosures should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
