Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Facility Operating License No. DPR-16 Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) Revision As required by Technical Specification 6.9.1.f.4, a revision to the COLR for Oyster Creek Cycle 14 operation is attached for NRC staff information.
This COLR revision (Revision 5) contains a change to the Minimum Critical Power Ratio operating limit from 1.47 to 1.51 based on a reanalysis of end-of-cycle 14 conditions.
The change is necessary since the axial exposure shape has been trending away from projected end-of-cycle values used in the original analysis.
