DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Revision No. I to License Amendment Request dated August 7,1975 Containment Leakage Rate Testing Technical Specification Changes Attached are three originals and 37 conformed copies of a request for a change of Technical Specifications, Appendix A, of Operating Licenses DPR-42 and 60.
Since this is a revision to a License Amendment Request submitted earlier, no license fee is appropriate.
The purpose of this request is to revise the Prairie Island Technical Specifi-cations to conform to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix J.
The Staff has reviewed our August 7,1975 submittal and later correspondence and has informed us through our licensing project manager of certain changes which are necessary. This revised submittal incorporates the required changes.
Exhibit A contains the proposed changes, reasons for changes, and safety evaluations. Exhibit B contains the revised Technical Specification pages.
