Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Docket No. 50/395 Operating License No. NPF-12 Technical Specification Change in Response to Generic Letter 82-23
Dear Mr. Denton:
In order to meet the requirements of 10CFR73.40(d) and to respond to Generic Letter No. 82-23, South Carolina Electric and Gas Company (SCE&G) is changing the Technical Specifications of the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station as shown on the subject Technical Specification page attached.
Since the change to the Technical Specifications was made at the request of the NRC and approved by OMB Clearance No. 3150-0002, SCE&G is not required to remit a license fee for the change.
