Docket No. 50-285
Dear Mr. Clark:
NUREG-0737, Item II.F.1.2 Wide Range Noble Gas Monitor and the Sampling System for Particulates and Iodines Omaha Public Power District's letter to the Commission dated June 30, 1982 identified the District's expected schedule (i.e., November 30, 1982) for completing the subject NUREG-0737 action item.
This completion date was predicated upon receiving the necessary equipment and installation drawings from our vendor by July 30, 1982.
Since the subject equipment and drawings were finally received on October 21, 1982, the District must now revise our completion schedule as detailed below.
The District has commenced the installation of the subject monitors and associated hardware. Based on the installation work that remains to be completed, allowing approximately two weeks for monitor testing and calibration, and allowing four weeks for system acceptance, plant train-ing and contingencies, the District now expects this system to be fully operational by January 31, 1983.
