Dear Mr. Vassallo:
By Generic Letter No. 83-02 dated January 10, 1983, the Staff requested Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) to submit an amendment request to incorporate certain NUREG-0737 requirements in the Technical Specifications (TS) for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. I and 2.
Several of these requested TS interface with pending CP&L submittals presently under review by the Staff, including our December 10, 1982 request concerning Administrative Controls revisions and our January 26, 1983 request concerning the replacement of certain digital instrumentation with analog s
counterparts. Carolina Power & Light Company is, therefore, rescheduling s
submittal of the TS changes requested until June 30, 1983 to allow sufficient time to adequately integrate these requests.
