Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 1994 Annual Exercise Scenario Objectives In accordance with FEMA-REP 14 and NRC Inspection Manual Procedure 82302 which provide instructions for Emergency Exercise Review, we are submitting the Scenario Objectives for the 1994 Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station partial participation Annual Exercise.
The Exercise is scheduled for June 8, 1994 during afternoon and evening hours. The Exercise date is announced and has been discussed with your staff.

1994 ANNUAL EXERCISE OBJECTIVES The 1994 Oyster Creek Nuclet-Generating Station Annual Exercise Objectives are as follows:
1.
Demonstrate the ability
- on-shift and Initial Response Organization personnel to detect and
'ess accident conditions.

Demonstrate the ability of on-shift and IRO personnel to properly declare emergency classification based on plant accident conditions.

Demonstrate the timely notification of off-site response organizations.

Demonstrate the timely mobilization of the GPU Emergency Response Organization.

Demonstrate the proper notification of non-essential personnel on site or in the owner controlled area.

Demonstrate adequate communications between ERF's and with on-site and off-site GPU emergency teams.

Demonstrate adequate radiological controls for exposure during emergencies.

Demonstrate adequate radiological controls for contamination of personnel and equipment.
