April 5, 1983 Meeting on Regionalization Your letter dated March 11, 1983 announced the subject meet-ing to be held on the afternoon of April 5, 1983. Your letter also requested topics to be discussed at the meeting. One area of concern for the Omaha Public Power District is related to the control of communications between the Regional Office and the District.
