In accordance with 10CFR50.54(a) issued in the January 10, 1983, Federal Register, this is to inform you that the Cooper Nuclear Station Quality i
Assurance Program has been incorporated into the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (USAR) as Appendix D and submitted January 19, 1982.
l This latest revision of the QA Program is marked as Revision O to be consistent with other portions of the USAR.
l Attached is a list of the changes made and submitted as Appendix D to the USAR.
"'he changes are minor in nature and primarily reflect reorgani-zation of
'perating staff by the NPPD Board of Directors. Portions of this rev n are currently being evaluated by engineering but do not appear to rept sent a reduction in the present approved OA program scope which was appro red by the staff in December,1979.
