Dear Mr. Kinsman:
You will find enclosed the Atomic Energy Commission's guide for submission of benefit and cost information in applicants' environmental reports for defined classes of completed or partially completed nuclear facilities. This guide takes into account comments received from a draf t which was issued for public comment in January 1972.
The information identified in the attached guide ic required by the Regulatory Staff in their analysis of the environmental impact of the facility, as specified in Appendix D of 10 CFR Part 50.
You are requested to submit the information described in this guide, as it relates to the nuclear power facility referenced at the bottom of this letter, within a period of six (6) weeks from receipt of this letter.
In the event that portions of the information have already been submitted to the AEC in your environmental report or supplements thereto, only that information that has not yet been submitted is required. Three hundred (300) copies of the submittal will l
