Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Pursuant to Crystal River Unit 3 Technical Specification, Appendix B,
Part 1, Section 5.6.1, attached is a copy of the Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report.
The report contains the data obtained from the radiological environmental surveillance program conducted for the Crystal River Site for 1982. Due to delays in the completion of computer programs at the University of Florida, the data summary tables and statistical analyses are not available for submittal at this time. A supplemental report containing this information will be submitted by June 1,1983.
