Generic Letter 92-01, Revision 1, " Reactor Vessel Structural Integrity" On April 19, 1994, GPU Nuclear responded to your letter dated March 30, 1994 concerning Generic Letter 92-01, Revision 1, " Reactor Vessel Structural Integrity" issues.
Subsequently, Mr. A. Dromerick, Sr. Projector Manager, NRR-NRC requested GPU Nuclear to complete the " Equivalent Margin Analysis Plant Applicability Verification Form" (Appendix B, NED0-32205) with the plant specific data.
